Hey hey hey, what's up guys and gals? It's your boy Aeroverra, the 25-year-old software engineer who's living the dream in the Virgin Islands (and occasionally in Austin or Myrtle Beach when I'm feeling wild).
I'm all about creating software that actually means something and has a positive impact on the world. And while I may not be the world's greatest designer (please don't judge me too harshly), I make up for it with pure heart and soul.
My Journey
I've been slaying the software game since I was just a wee 12-year-old, and my main jam is backend development. You know, the stuff that makes the magic happen behind the scenes. I've been creating software solutions for governments, banks, fintech companies, and even my own ecommerce platform (because I've gotta have something to do in my free time, right?).
Beliefs and Values
But here's the real kicker: I'm a fierce believer in privacy-focused tools and open-source software. We deserve to have control over our digital lives, dang it! And that's why I'm always looking for ways to contribute to the fight for digital rights and ownership.
My Project: Kick
Kick is one of the ways I'm doing that. Twitch has been stepping all over the little guys, and it's time for some healthy competition. I'm excited to be a part of Kick and its potential to make a real difference in the tech industry. Plus, it's just plain fun.
